With 40 years of experience in the marine industry, Steve Fithian’s career began on the South Shore of Boston in Hingham, where he raced small sailboats and worked in a boat dealership. In 1988, he moved to Florida and became Vice President and General Manager of Eastern Yacht Sales, developing it into the largest sailboat dealer in the USA. In 1995, Steve relocated to Ft. Lauderdale and joined Hal Jones & Co., quickly becoming Vice President of Sales. He excelled in selling new and used yachts, earning numerous awards for his sales achievements.
Today, Steve is a key broker at Palm Beach Motor Yachts, where he specializes in selling new and pre-owned Palm Beach yachts. His extensive industry knowledge and dedication to customer service make him an invaluable asset to the Palm Beach Motor Yachts team. Based in the Fort Lauderdale office, Steve’s mission is to provide exceptional service throughout the buying or selling process and yacht ownership. He looks forward to another record-breaking sales year in 2024, helping clients find their perfect Palm Beach Motor Yacht.
