OVERVIEW
Original Owner - Meticulously Maintained!
Preliminary listing - more photos and full details to be posted the first week of March.
Don't let the hours on the meters fool you, this is an incredible Eastbay 43 that for all intents and purposes been restored. The engines have been rebuilt, the electronics updated, the generator has been replaced, and the hull has been painted. This particular 43 has the optional galley down arrangement with a vee berth forward and bunk room to starboard - a perfect layout for cruising with a family. There is a split head - with toilet and vanity to port and the shower to starboard. The shower space also features an extra sink and toilet to function as a day head as well.
This does not look like a 26 year old boat. No expense has been spared on the maintenance schedule - this is as open-checkbook as open-checkbook gets.
Chief features the following:
- Twin Caterpillar 3216 420hp engines with ~1500 hours since rebuild (approx. 5600 hours on the meters)
- Northern Lights generator (replaced)
- Painted hull
- Bow thruster
- Recent Simrad electronics
Eastbay 43 FBs do not come on the market very often - as a matter of fact this is currently the only one for for sale in the United States. This is a great opportunity to get into a turn key cruising yacht.
This boat is stored off site, and advance notice for a showing is appreciated.
