This 2012 Palm Beach 45 Express was built for a very experienced Yachtsman and a Palm Beach Motor Yachts repeat owner.

ANTEROS has had a wonderful start to her cruising / exploring life. Spent the majority cruising the local waterways of Sydney Harbour and Pittwater and enjoyed the winters in the tropical archipelago of the Whitsunday Island Group. The PB45 was designed and built to explore local waters and open Seas, her impressive cruising range of 325nm at 23 knots will leave most maritime explorers in your wake and stopping at the fuel dock, while you get to destination X.

Palm Beach Motor Yachts proprietary V-Warp Hull, the exotic materials, meticulously crafted, ensure a very smooth, safe and efficient ride.

LAYOUT:
Expansive teak laid deck on the aft swim platform leads into the near full beam cockpit with aft L shaped lounge in tasteful Sunbrella fabrics. 2x 12/240v fridges and an Isotherm icemaker turn the cockpit into the alfresco entertaining spot.

SALOON:
Large comfortable L shaped lounge converts to a great sea bunk and opposite is a four-seater lounge for the inside de brief after a big day in the sun. The beautifully finished folding teak table and stainless pedestal can seat six inside or out. Electric aft window in saloon ensures connection with the cockpit and a cozy environment when the weather turns. Pop-up TV soon turns the saloon into the Netflix lounge and disappears when not in use to maintain the clean look and feel of the teak filled saloon.

HELM:
There is no better located helm than on a Palm Beach Motor Yacht – perfect vision from the midships location, electric window giving the skipper good control of the side decks when docking. Retro analogue gauges support the user-friendly electronic Garmin switching featuring at the helm of ANTEROS. PB custom teak and stainless wheel is a feature and a highlight of the well-designed dash.2x VOLVO PENTA IPS 600’S operate via fly by wire Volvo control levers and for docking via the IPS Joystick. Recent major service on the low 550 engine hrs gives peace of mind your in good company with ANTEROS’s reliable power plant.

GALLEY:
The galley layout is practical and stylish, with Silestone L shaped bench top, stainless flush sink and grain matched teak cabinetry all to Palm Beach Motor Yachts exacting standard. A convection microwave does a great job for the quick meal at sea, 12/204 volt fridge and a flush 2 burner cooktop all works nicely with the storage and refrigeration provided in the Cockpit and galley.

HEAD & SHOWER:
Palm Beach v join cream gelcoat, Satin teak, toughened glass with patch hinges and highly polished stainless feature throughout the spacious Head and shower area. Good natural light & ventilation via a large over head hatch and the trademark PB oval portlights. Tecma electric head is standard in all PB’s with the Handmade teak lid as a feature.

MASTER CABIN:
Natural Sisal floor covering, used here and in the saloon is comfortable under foot and very serviceable. The large opening hatch above the spacious Queen size bed allows natural light and ventilation and access to the foredeck if necessary. Beautifully grain match Burmese teak joinery compliments the high gloss cream gelcoat , hull liner and upholstered dress seats. A mirrored hanging locker, chest of drawers, dresser and 8 overhead lockers allow for good stowage plus 2 by large compartments on the forward face of the Queen bed. The view through the galley and saloon to the swim platform is what makes staying over a treat.

EXTERIOR:
Access to the foredeck is via the generous side decks, the non-skid is easy to keep clean and very sure underfoot, 316 stainless is used on all handrails, cleats and bow rail. The anchor locker has a polished teak floor, ample room for dock lines and fenders. The Muir winch and Ultra anchor is a proven safe combination when its time to kick back in that secluded anchorage.

The hull is finished in metallic Awl Grip Bronze and waterline finished in metallic AG gold.

A full set of exterior Sunbrella covers keeps ANTEROS in concourse condition between outings.
