Stone bench tops throughout compliment the Burmese teak and gelcoat finishes.

Natural light and ventilation is plentiful, supplied by the 5 overhead hatches and electric drop down toughened tinted windows. If it gets to hot up on the reef or cools down in the winter months, turn on the air conditioning, evenly distributed throughout this PB45.

The Volvo Penta D4's coupled to the joystick control for manoeuvrability is a masterstroke of engineering, complimenting Palm Beach Motor Yachts’ performance V-Warp hull design.

The galley is in good relationship with the main saloon and is on the same level as the master cabin giving an apartment feel. Enough appliances to stay away for a few weeks or get away overnight to a secluded bay.

The main saloon provides plenty of lounge space and is well connected to the cockpit. The cockpit becomes its own entertainment area with fridge, freezer and ice maker on hand, featuring plenty of storage and a folding teak dining table designed to be used indoor or out. The expansive teak swim platform and stainless swim ladder add another dimension to the water sports area, making it easy for boarding both at the dock and by water.

Katie will be handed over by Palm Beach Motor Yachts, with a recent service, antifouling, Propspeed and maintenance in immaculate, up to date condition as of November 2022.
